Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Sea Export shipments and act as the primary customer contact.

- Process bookings and shipping instructions and provide timely shipment updates.

- Coordinate with shipping lines/NVOCCs, customers, transporters, CHA/customs brokers, terminals, and overseas agents.

- Monitor vessel schedules, ETD/ETA, cut-offs, container movement, stuffing, gate-in, and vessel departure.

- Manage and verify SI, VGM, BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, and other export documents.

- Coordinate customs clearance, shipping bill filing, examination, LEO, and related formalities.

- Proactively handle and escalate rollovers, delays, documentation issues, missed cut-offs, and customs/terminal issues.

- Maintain accurate shipment status and provide regular reports to customers and internal teams.

- Coordinate with Accounts for billing,



vendor invoices, and shipment closure.

- Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely execution of shipments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid knowledge of Sea Export / Ocean Freight Forwarding operations.

- Good understanding of export documentation, shipping line procedures, SI, VGM, BL, cut-offs, and customs processes.

- Excellent customer service, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under strict deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook; ERP experience is an advantage.
