Role & responsibilities
[Job Overview]:
1. Resource has to play a role of O9 support engineer
2. Resource has to work with O9 team who will support as BAU for Sony and they have production access of the system.
3. Resource will be assigned ticket where resource has to check for Sony biz users query or issue and resolve it. For production fix resource may need help of O9 team.
4. Shift may be Japan shift (6:30 am 3:30 pm IST) or India shift (9 am 6 pm IST)
[Primary Skills]:
- Exposure in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Analytics
- Implementation / Support exposure on Supply Chain Management / Planning solutions
- Exposure in Graph database models, SQL queries /some coding exposure e.g., Java, C, Python etc.
- Exposure in various type of supply chain networks model.
- SSIS Integration skill
