Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled o9 Developer (expert level) to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of o9 solutions to optimize supply chain planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure modules, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. o9 Platform Development:

- Design, configure, and develop solutions using the o9 Digital Brain platform.
- Customize and enhance o9 modules like Supply Planning, and Integrated Business Planning.
- Should be very robust in O9 Report/screen development and troubleshooting;
- Should thorough in O9 Implementation side, congiguration side, O9 Engine side;

1. System Integration:

- Develop integration solutions to connect o9 with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other third-party tools.
- Create data pipelines using ETL processes and tools.

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into o9 configurations.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.

1. Data Modelling and Configuration:

- Create and manage data models, master data, and workflows within the o9 platform.
- Optimize data structures to ensure high performance and scalability.

1. Testing and Validation:

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure the functionality and reliability of solutions.




- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

1. Documentation and Training:

- Document configuration, workflows, and customizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

1. Collaboration:

- Partner with project managers, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated on o9 platform updates and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in o9 configuration and development.
- Strong knowledge of IBPL, SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML for system integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

- Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in o9 platform implementation or similar roles in supply chain planning.
- Hands-on experience with o9 Platform and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data integration tools.

- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in o9 or other supply chain planning platforms.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management.
