We are looking for an O365 / Intune – Azure AD (L2) Engineer for our Lower Parel, Mumbai location. The candidate will be responsible for Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, security policies, advanced troubleshooting, automation, and providing L2 support to the IT team.

Experience: 4+ Years

Qualification: Diploma – IT / Computer Engineering; BCA / B.Sc. / B.Tech

Job Responsibilities

- Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services and user environments.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), users, groups, roles, and permissions.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and endpoint policies.
- Manage Exchange Online, mail flow, and email-related issues.
- Administer Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Manage Microsoft 365 licenses and user assignments.
- Configure and manage Conditional Access and MFA policies.
- Manage Windows endpoints, GPOs, Autopilot deployments,



and device configurations.
- Deploy and manage applications through Microsoft Intune.
- Use PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.
- Perform advanced Windows endpoint and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
- Handle advanced incidents, perform RCA, and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Support Microsoft 365 security, compliance, identity, and access management activities.
- Support Microsoft 365 migration and deployment activities.
- Manage change and configuration-related activities.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Provide L2 escalation support and technical guidance to the L1 support team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
