About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in the wellness and nutraceutical space. You will be the voice of our brand, helping customers with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver Excellent Customer Support: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported.

· Handle Inquiries Promptly: Respond to customer queries via multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat, social media) in a timely and effective manner.

· Resolve Complaints Efficiently: Acknowledge and resolve product or service complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

· Be Product-Savvy: Gain deep knowledge of our entire product range to confidently address questions and recommend the right products to customers.

· Keep Accurate Records: Document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints clearly and consistently.

· Coordinate Across Teams:



Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, quality, and marketing to ensure seamless customer service.

· Suggest Process Improvements: Share feedback to enhance customer support processes and contribute to a smoother customer journey.

Who You Are:

· A graduate in any field

· Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure

· Organized, responsible, and eager to solve problems

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics or any relevant field. Logic and Maths should be strong.
