Eligibility
- GNM Nursing qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- NICU/Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Valuable communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a critical-care environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns in the NICU
- Monitor vital signs and clinical condition of neonates
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
- Support parents and attendants with appropriate guidance
