Position: Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff in providing quality patient care and maintaining a safe and hygienic patient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist nurses in providing basic patient care and comfort.
- Help patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility as required.
- Assist in transferring and positioning patients safely.
- Monitor and report patients' basic needs or changes in condition to the nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas and equipment.
- Assist nurses during procedures and routine patient-care activities.
- Transport patients, specimens, reports, and equipment as instructed.
- Follow hospital infection-control, safety, and patient-care protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and treat patients with dignity and respect.




- Perform other duties assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.

Eligibility:

- ANM/DHA/Diploma in Patient Care Assistant course preferred
- Previous hospital experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
