Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. In this role, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles across industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Admin, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in Boolean search strings, active sourcing via top US job boards and social media, and exceptional written and verbal English communication skills to engage US candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Active sourcing of qualified candidates using major US job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter) and social platforms.
- Advanced Search Tactics: Formulate and execute complex Boolean search strings to target passive candidates and niche non-IT skill sets efficiently.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate candidates' work experience, salary expectations, employment eligibility (US Citizens, Green Card, EAD, OPT, etc.), and willingness to work on various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- End-to-End Recruitment: Draft compelling job posts, present vetted profiles to hiring managers/clients, schedule client interviews, facilitate salary/rate negotiations, and drive offers through to onboarding.
- Communication & Engagement: Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates via email, messaging, and phone in real time during CST business hours.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data, application statuses, and notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:



2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in US Non-IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Shift Requirement: Must be willing and able to work full-time in the CST Time Zone (Night Shift).
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of candidate sourcing using standard US job portals, social media networks (LinkedIn, Facebook groups), and open-web sourcing.
- Boolean Logic: Solid proficiency in constructing and refining advanced Boolean strings (AND, OR, NOT, quotation marks, site/filetype search).
- Communication: Flawless verbal English articulation and professional email writing standards for candidate touchpoints and internal stakeholder updates.
- US Work Authorization Knowledge: Working familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US visa categories (US Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, H1B, OPT/CPT).

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- Work Experience: 2 to 7 years of proven experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter in US staffing agencies or RPO environments.
- Shift Readiness: Comfortable working full night shifts aligned with Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
- Technical Sourcing: Demonstrated expertise in generating precise Boolean logic strings and navigating platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, and Monster.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal English fluency and refined written skills for clear, professional email correspondence and phone screens with US candidates.
- Knowledge Base: Familiarity with US employment laws, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorization types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT/CPT).
- Work Style: Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a high-volume recruitment environment.
