Main Responsibilities

1. Patient Handling

- Register new patients and update records

- Admit emergency cases quickly

- Guide patients to the correct department (ER, ICU, wards)

1. Front Desk Management

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries

- Provide information about doctors, visiting hours, and services

- Manage visitor entry and issue passes

1. Coordination

- Communicate with doctors, nurses, and emergency staff

- Inform medical teams about incoming patients

- Arrange ambulance services if required

1. Billing & Documentation

- Handle basic billing or payment entries

- Maintain patient records and admission forms

- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately

1. Safety & Security

- Monitor who enters and leaves the hospital at night

- Follow emergency protocols (accidents, critical patients)

- Stay alert for unusual situations
