Job Summary

Stone Water Resort & Spa, Karjat is looking for an experienced and responsible Night Manager to manage the resort's night operations and ensure smooth guest service and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall resort operations during the night shift.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of guests.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, F&B;, and other departments.
- Monitor night audit and ensure all reports are completed accurately.
- Ensure proper cash, billing, and room status reconciliation.
- Handle emergency situations and take necessary action as per hotel procedures.
- Conduct regular property rounds and ensure safety and security standards are followed.
- Prepare and share the required night reports with the management.
- Ensure proper handover to the morning shift team.
- Maintain high standards of guest service throughout the night.

Candidate Profile




- Previous experience as a Night Manager / Duty Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel or resort.
- Good knowledge of Front Office operations and night audit procedures.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Valuable leadership and decision-making skills.
- Hotel management qualification will be an advantage.
