Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibility: -

- New Product / Process Production Preparation
- Process costing knowledge
- New Product Launch as per Plan
- Manage & Ensure QCD targets
- Develop Process Standard

Experience & Expected Candidate Profile: - A. Technical

- Should have work experience in New Product Development(NPD) for Automotive system supplier industry .
- Hands on experience in process development, validation & confirmation of Precision Stamping Parts (Tool Design, Process & Equipment selection)
- Having knowledge and experience in Forming, Deep drawing, Cold & Hot Forging and casting is added advantage
- Good knowledge Jig, Fixture, Product assembly (system level) equipment development and process design with Automation & poka-yoke
- Should of good knowledge on Joining process like Welding, Fastening, Riveting, etc.
- Having knowledge & experience in Process Automation
- Should have hands on experience in conducting process trials achieving and monitoring the KPI targets like FTTR, Run@ Rate/Cycle time, Process Capability, etc.





B. System & Tools

- Should have solid knowledge and experience in adopting IATF requirements, particularly in the area of APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA
- Good knowledge in Design for Manufacturing & Assembly [DFM & DFA], Hands on experience in conducting Process DR for Recent Product & Process Development with PFMEA approach

- Familiar with measurement techniques.
- Having good knowledge &

experience in Trouble shooting & Problem solving thru analytical methods like Process Benchmarking, DOE, QIT, QC story, 8D, etc.,

C. Soft Skills

- Identify & monitoring risk and mitigation plan to meet the customer & management targets.
- Have sound knowledge in cycle time, capacity planning, line set-up, method study, etc.
- A Good Team Play and Collaborative member to keep up the team spirit with good communication knowledge
- Basic knowledge on Industry 4.0
