About the Role

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to manage and troubleshoot network and communication infrastructure, connectivity and voice-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and communication issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot SIP, firewalls and network switches.
- Troubleshoot IP, routing, connectivity and voice traffic issues.
- Monitor network performance and resolve technical incidents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation and resolve recurring issues.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Network Support or a similar role.
- Mandatory:



Strong knowledge of SIP, Firewalls and Network Switches.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS and routing.
- Knowledge of VoIP and network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- CCNA or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Key
