Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Neuro Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru South.
The Neuro
Physiotherapist will assess patients with neurological conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed clinical evaluations, setting measurable rehabilitation goals, using neurorehabilitation and neuromodulation techniques, and documenting progress in line with professional standards. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs,
collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to continuous improvement of therapy protocols.
Qualifications
- Formal education in Physiotherapy ( Master’s degree), with specialization or solid experience in Neuro Physiotherapy.
- Experience in neurorehabilitation for conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury, including gait training and functional mobility restoration.
- Ability to apply evidence-based practices, including neuroplasticity principles, and work with advanced neurorehabilitation and neuromodulation technologies.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills, with accurate documentation and outcome tracking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a compassionate, inclusive manner.
- Capacity to work on-site in a dynamic clinical environment, manage a caseload, and maintain professional ethics and patient safety standards.
- Relevant professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations; prior experience in a rehabilitation or hospital setting is an advantage.
