DAMAC AI is Hiring | NOC Engineer | Bangalore, India

At DAMAC AI , we're building and operating some of the region's largest NVIDIA GPU clusters , powering sovereign cloud, hyperscale data centres, and enterprise AI workloads at scale.

We're looking for a NOC Engineer to join our 24×7 operations team and become the first line of defence for our AI infrastructure. If you thrive in high-availability environments and enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

? What You'll Do

Monitor GPU cluster health using Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and NVIDIA DCGM

Triage, escalate, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines

Manage shift handovers and customer-facing incident communications

Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvement of operational runbooks

? What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in a NOC, SOC, or 24×7 Operations environment





Solid Linux administration skills and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, Firewalls)

Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira

Understanding of ITIL-based operational processes

Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

⭐ Nice to Have

- NVIDIA DGX/HGX experience
- InfiniBand or RoCE networking knowledge
- Kubernetes exposure
- Python or Bash scripting skills
