Job Title: Network Operations L3 Engineer

Location: [Gurgaon, India / Remote / Hybrid]

Experience: 1012 years

Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 3 support for complex issues in ACI Data Center and Routing/Switching environments.
- Troubleshoot faults in VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, VPC, Multicast, MPLS, and security integrations.
- Handle ND/ACI fault tracking, syslog analysis, and prepare RCA documentation.
- Participate in Change Management, DR drills, and DC migrations.
- Review and implement MOPs, configuration changes, and server/hardware induction.
- Ensure infrastructure is compliant with monitoring, backup, and security policies.
- Maintain network topology diagrams and process documentation using MS Visio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Systems, Security, App Support.
- Work with tools such as SolarWinds, Infoblox, TACACS, and ServiceNow.
- Mentor L1/L2 team members, drive automation and process optimization.





Required Skills:

- 1012 years of hands-on experience in Network Operations / NOC.
- Deep technical knowledge of Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus (7K/9K), and Routing/Switching.
- Expertise in protocols: BGP, OSPF, STP, VPC, VXLAN, MPLS, NAT, FHRP.
- Experience with WAN technologies: MPLS, GRE, IPSEC, DMVPN, GETVPN.
- Experience in firewall/load balancer/proxy-based troubleshooting.
- Robust hands-on with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds or similar).
- Cisco Certification: CCNP/CCIE (preferred) in Data Center or R&S.;

Preferred:

- Banking or large-scale DC experience.
- Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela).
- Experience with scripting (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
