Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 network support and resolve complex network-related issues.

- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure.

- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and other enterprise networking products.

- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

- Handle incidents, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

- Support network implementation, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.

- Work on the latest Cisco and enterprise networking technologies/products.

- Coordinate with L1/L3 teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.

- Maintain proper documentation of network configurations, incidents, changes, and solutions.

- Follow standard ITIL/change-management and network security practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–10 years of relevant experience in Network Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience in L2 troubleshooting and implementation.

- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and enterprise network infrastructure.



Wireless Technologies

- Experience working on current/latest networking products and technologies.

- Good understanding of Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and related networking concepts.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to independently handle network incidents and implementation activities.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- CCNP certification is an added advantage.

- Candidates with strong stability in their current and previous organizations will be preferred.

- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be technically strong, hands-on, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced enterprise networking workplace. Candidates with a consistent career history and demonstrated long-term stability with previous employers will be given preference.

Pay: ₹9,719.26 - ₹48,282.19 per month
