Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for business environments •

Work with networking equipment including MikroTik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Grandstream, and other comparable brands
- Configure and support: o Routers / firewalls o Switches o Wireless access points o VLANs / subnets o VPNs
- Design and manage captive portal solutions and RADIUS gateway/authentication workflows • Support and troubleshoot VoIP / SIP phone systems and related equipment for phone services
- Perform network assessments, upgrades, and optimization for performance and reliability
- Document network designs, configurations, and deployment procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver secure, scalable solutions
