Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot LAN & Internet connectivity issues

- Resolve network connection problems

- Provide support for switches and routers

- Check LAN cables and network connections

- Handle basic computer hardware issues

- Assist with general network and hardware support

Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Diploma / BCA / BSc Computer Science / BTech / BE / relevant IT or networking qualification preferred.

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.

- Basic understanding of LAN, IP address, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network cables.

- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common computer applications.

- Good communication skills.

- Should be active, smart, responsible, and willing to learn.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
