Senior Backend Developer (7+ years, .NET Core & Azure)

What Youll Do

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and optionally Angular.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures for seamless frontend-backend interactions.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using Identity frameworks and other security best practices.
- Optimize application performance to ensure responsiveness across devices.
- Write unit and integration tests to uphold code quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring peers.
- Use Azure DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
- Monitor application health with Azure Application Insights and debug issues proactively.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.




- Minimum 7 years experience in software development, with 5+ years in .NET technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in .NET Core and C#.
- Solid experience with databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL (e.g., Azure Cosmos DB).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, and Storage.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices.
- Familiarity with frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Angular (TypeScript).
- Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
- Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Proficient in version control (e.g., Git).

Nice-to-Have Context

- Experience in microservices architecture and event-driven design.
- Familiarity with architectural principles like SOLID, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and experience with message brokers or distributed caching.
