Role Description The NDT Technician role at Exolios Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role involves performing non-destructive testing (NDT) using methods such as ultrasonic testing and eddy current to assess material integrity without causing damage.

The technician will carry out routine inspections, identify corrosion or structural defects, document findings, and support quality control processes in line with industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing test equipment, interpreting test results, collaborating with engineering and quality teams,



and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, reporting issues promptly, and supporting continuous improvement in inspection procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in non-destructive testing techniques such as Ultrasonics and Eddy Current.
- Hands-on experience with Inspection activities, including visual and advanced NDT inspections.
- Knowledge of Corrosion mechanisms and their impact on materials and components.
- Understanding of Quality Control processes and standards related to NDT and material integrity.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
- Recognized NDT certifications (e.g., Level I/II in Ultrasonics or Eddy Current) are highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-focused mindset, and ability to work in an in office industrial environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project and inspection schedules.
