Mutual Fund Operations Executive

:

We are looking for a Mutual Fund Operations Executive with hands-on working experience on the BSE StAR MF platform. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day transaction processing for our clients, including SIP registrations and lump sum purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute purchase, redemption, switch and STP transactions on the BSE StAR MF portal
- Register current SIPs, process SIP mandates (NACH/e-mandate), and track mandate approval status
- Process lump sum investments and ensure same-day order placement within cut-off timings
- Onboard new clients UCC creation, KYC verification and documentation
- Reconcile transaction reports, follow up on failed or rejected orders, and resolve them
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS/KFintech) and clients for queries and statements
- Maintain client records and generate portfolio/valuation reports as required
