Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users on Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Outlook, and MS Office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or technical support role.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Outlook configuration, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot common desktop issues using various tools and techniques.
