Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance existing MS-Dynamics CRM applications

Develop and support features on MS Power Platform

Handle customization, workflows, scripts, integrations, and UI in Dynamics 365 CRM

Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specs

Integrate external APIs and manage application data flow

Utilize tools like XRMToolbox and SDK for system administration





Work within service operation teams for incident and request management

Manage code repository, VSTS backlog, and source control

Ensure smooth release and change management processes

Collaborate with Business Systems Manager to align with architectural standards

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in MS Dynamics CRM – Entities, Workflows, Customizations, UI

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform

Expertise in .NET Development

Experience with API integration and CRM security models

Familiarity with 3rd-party CRM tools and release management
