Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Responsibilities

- Implement and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to optimize performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules and functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration.
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps,



Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Experience with data migration and integration using tools like Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and C#.
- Understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence others toward a shared vision or goal.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to adapt and be flexible as project conditions call for

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O;).
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud computing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
