Role Description The Motion Graphics Designer role at SOULSTREAM is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. In this role, the designer will conceptualize and produce motion graphics for cinematic journeys, digital content, and promotional materials that align with SOULSTREAM’s emotional and sensory storytelling approach. Day-to-day tasks include developing visual concepts, creating animated sequences.

This role requires a balance of artistic vision, technical skill,



and an interest in emotional storytelling and wellbeing-focused media.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong motion design and motion graphics skills, with experience creating dynamic, emotionally engaging visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in video production, including working with timelines, integrating animations into video, and collaborating with editors and sound designers.
- Candidates should possess graphic design and graphics skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and asset creation for digital and cinematic media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in cinematic, immersive, or experiential content design, and an interest in emotional storytelling and wellbeing-focused media are preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid setup and manage deadlines in a rapid-paced creative environment.
- A degree or formal training in animation, motion design, graphic design, film, or a related field is advantageous, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
