Role Description This is a full time, on-site Motion Graphics and Video Editor role based in New Delhi. The role involves planning and producing video content for educational courses, marketing campaigns, and social media channels, aligned with the institute’s brand and learning objectives.

The Motion

Graphics and Video Editor will edit raw footage, apply transitions, sound, color correction, and color grading, and create engaging motion graphics and visual elements to enhance learning materials and promotional content. Daily tasks include collaborating with the creative, marketing, and academic teams to understand scripts and course content, developing storyboards,



and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos. The role also includes optimizing videos for various platforms, maintaining organized asset libraries, and continuously improving visual style and production quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and the overall video creation process, including planning, shooting coordination, and basic sound integration.
- Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, adding effects, and preparing content for multiple digital and social platforms.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Video Color Grading and color correction to maintain consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics across all content.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including creating animated titles, explainer elements, lower thirds, and visual assets that support educational storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalent) and familiarity with online video formats and codecs.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret scripts related to occult and spiritual subjects into engaging visual narratives.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate effectively in a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced educational environment.
