nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with strong skills in motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, Adobe After Effects, and AI-assisted video generation tools.

nThe role is mainly focused on creating motion graphics and animated visuals from scratch for professional client projects. The candidate should be able to understand client briefs, business context, products, services, and communication goals, and turn them into clear, polished, and visually engaging motion content.

nKey Responsibilities

nCreate professional motion graphics and animated visuals from scratch.

nDevelop explainer videos, product videos, brand videos, social media videos, and campaign assets.

nUnderstand client briefs, business context, brand style, and target audience.

nUse Adobe After Effects to create clean and polished motion design.

nUse AI video generation tools such as Google Veo or similar platforms for ideation, references, and video workflows.

nCreate AI-assisted visuals, animated concepts, and video references to improve quality and speed.

nEdit and assemble footage when required, while keeping motion graphics as the primary focus.

nHandle basic color correction, transitions, effects, and sound design where needed.

nCollaborate with designers, marketers, and creative leads.

nMaintain brand consistency and deliver projects on time.

nRequired Skills

nStrong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

nMust have experience using AI video generation tools such as Google Veo or similar platforms.

nStrong understanding of motion graphics, composition, animation principles, timing, pacing,



and visual flow.

nAbility to create animated visuals from scratch.

nAbility to use AI tools for visual ideation, image generation, video generation, and workflow enhancement.

nGood sense of storytelling, design, layout, typography, transitions, and animation timing.

nBasic color correction and color grading skills.

nAbility to create clean, skilled, and brand-aligned motion content.

nGood to Have

nExperience with B2B, corporate, industrial, manufacturing, product-based, or technology-related videos.

nKnowledge of Blender for basic 3D elements, lighting, rendering, and scene setup.

nAbility to create product-focused animations or visual explanations.

nUnderstanding of social media videos, digital campaigns, corporate videos, and presentation-style content.

nPortfolio Requirement

nCandidates must share a portfolio or showreel showcasing:

nMotion graphics and animation work.

nVideos created from scratch using design, animation, and visual storytelling.

nBonus: Blender or 3D-based work.
