Role: Senior New Relic Monitoring & Observability Engineer (L3)
Project Duration – 3months (Extendable)

Total Experience to be looked at: 7-10 years
Work type : In office/Hybrid/Fully Remote -Hybrid
Working Hours : 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM IST.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring solutions, including synthetic monitors, alert conditions, notification policies, dashboards, and integrations within Current Relic.
- Implement and support integrations for network, cloud, and security platforms (e.g., Meraki, Palo Alto, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud)
to enable proactive monitoring and alerting.
- Review, analyze, and fine-tune monitoring data and alerting mechanisms to eliminate duplicate, noisy, and non-actionable alerts and improve operational effectiveness.
- Monitor infrastructure, endpoint connectivity, application availability, and platform health; investigate and resolve monitoring-related incidents and issues.
- Configure and manage log monitoring, event categorization, critical event alerting, and operational dashboards across Windows and Linux environments.
- Manage data ingestion optimization activities, including review, rationalization, and removal of duplicate or unnecessary telemetry and log sources.
- Produce technical documentation, maintain configuration records, support knowledge transfer activities, and participate in project reviews, action tracking, and stakeholder discussions.
