We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Modern Trade Sales professional to manage and grow our toy business across modern retail channels.

The candidate will be responsible for managing modern trade/key accounts, achieving sales targets, recent product listings, order generation, promotions, merchandising, stock availability, and coordination with distributors and retail chains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with Modern Trade retailers and key accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle key accounts such as DMart, Reliance Retail, FirstCry, Hamleys, and other organized retail chains, as applicable.
- Generate regular orders from assigned accounts and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with buyer’s/category manager regarding product listings, pricing, promotions, schemes, and new launches.
- Ensure availability of products across stores and minimize stock-outs.
- Monitor sales, inventory, secondary sales, and sell-through at account/store level.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.




- Plan and execute promotional activities, discounts, schemes, displays, and in-store visibility.
- Track competitor pricing, product range, promotions, and market activities.
- Identify opportunities for new product listings and expansion into new retail chains/stores.
- Prepare sales forecasts and share market demand inputs with the supply chain/production team.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with finance/accounts for timely collections.

Required Skills

- 10-15 years of experience in Modern Trade.
- Experience in Toys or similar industries will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of organized retail and modern trade operations.
- Ability to coordinate with buyers and retail teams.
- Target-oriented and strong follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales MIS.

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA, B. Com, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
