Job Title : Mitsubishi PLC Controls & Automation Engineering Specialist (Automotive Domain)

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Location : Thiruvallur

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Key Skills:-

Hands-on experience in Mitsubishi Q Series, R Series & FXU Series PLC & HMI programming.

Hands-on experience in GX Works platform is mandatory. Experience in field communication Ethernet IE, CC Link desirable.

Hands-on experience in Mitsubishi, DANFOSS,SEW VFD drives - Parameterization, Communicating with PLC, Trouble shooting.

Current programs creation in PLC, new Screens creation in HMI, link the Tags, I/Os, interlock with VFD (Mitsubishi, SEW)

Experience in KUKA robot program, troubleshooting, installation and commissioning is added advantage

Experience in Robot Roller hemming cells, sealer application robots,



Material handling equipment - Programs & trouble shooting - is added advantage

Experience in handling Conveyor logics, interlocks and other equipment PLC logics in Mitsubishi PLCs

Experience in EMS systems, Material transfer systems of Body, paint & GA shop

Knowledge in Andon systems, Pick to light, error proofing, Bar code integration

Knowledge in EOL Equipments, Filling machines.

Knowledge in handling verify the E plan drawings, control panel circuits, power wirings.

Software skills

Mitsubishi GX Works, HMI software

MS Office
