Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management &

- Analysis

- Collect, process, validate, and maintain large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

- Analyze data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

- Prepare and update MIS reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

2.

Error

Troubleshooting &

- Scrutiny

- Identify anomalies, mismatches, and calculation errors in payment processing.

- Conduct detailed scrutiny of payment calculations and financial transactions.

- Troubleshoot system and manual errors affecting payment and sales data.

3.

Payment

Sign-off &

- Financial Closures

- Validate and sign off on accurate payment amounts before release.

- Ensure accurate month-end and quarter-end financial closures.

- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for compliance and accuracy.

4.

Sales Data

Monitoring

- Track and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

- Identify discrepancies, calculation errors, and shortages in sales data.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts,



and Operations teams to reconcile differences.

5. Reporting &

- Insights

- Prepare accurate MIS dashboards and reports for management review.

- Provide insights on trends, shortages, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.

- Ensure timely submission of reports and escalation of critical issues.

Key Skills &

- Competencies

- Robust analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.

- Working knowledge of ERP and reporting tools.

- Good understanding of financial calculations, reconciliations, and payment processes.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

- High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality when handling financial data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
