– MIS & Operations Coordinator

Position: MIS Coordinator

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Alternate Saturday Off

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with banking partners for daily updates, requirements, and operational activities.
- Maintain and track daily MIS, task status, targets, and pending activities.
- Assign and monitor daily installation and de-installation targets for FSEs (Field Service Executives) across different banks.
- Coordinate with ASM, ZSM, and State Heads to collect and track daily performance updates.
- Monitor target achievement and follow up on pending tasks with relevant teams.
- Handle and resolve operational escalations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports and highlight gaps or delays.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned tasks and maintain accurate data records.





Required Skills
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Good escalation handling and follow-up skills.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with tight deadlines.
- Experience in FSE, field operations, banking, payments, or service operations will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate A data-oriented and proactive coordinator who can effectively manage FSE targets, track daily activities, coordinate with banking and field teams, and ensure timely resolution of escalations. Pay: ₹9,644.07 - ₹35,077.19 per month
