Job Summary:

Ultrapolis Lifesciences Private Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive (Data Management Executive) to support data reporting, analytics, and operations through advanced Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Spreadsheets, G-Suite, AI Agents and preferably a background in BCA or BTECH.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and analyze operational and sales data for actionable insights.
- Create and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) in Google Sheets.
- Use advanced Google Sheets tools like LET, LAMBDA, REGEX, Pivot Tables, and (preferably) App Scripts for reporting automation.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.
- Assist in the development of dashboards for management review.




- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline data flow.
- Take complete control of Data Management, Data Accuracy and Data Security.
- Use of AI tools to generate daily operations and common automations.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google App Scripts
- Strong knowledge of using AI platforms for daily use.
- Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- A background in Mathematics or Data Analysis is an advantage.
- Pharma industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Education: MBA or Master's

Work Schedule:

- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Time: 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM
