Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a data-driven MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and optimize business data for our Two-Wheeler lending/subscription portfolio. You will track sales pipelines, dealer networks, credit approvals, and collection metrics to drive strategic decision-making.

Data Management & Reporting - Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly business performance dashboards.Track loan originations, login-to-disbursement ratios, and rejection rates.Monitor dealer-wise performance, payouts, and subvention schemes.

Portfolio & Collection - Tracking Generate reports on portfolio health (Bounce rates, NPA, and DPD buckets).Analyze collection efficiency across different regions and customer segments.Track vehicle repossession and asset management metrics.





Cross-Functional Support - Provide actionable insights to Sales, Credit, Risk, and Operations teams.Automate recurring reports to minimize manual errors and turn-around time (TAT).Reconcile loan data between the internal Loan Management System (LMS) and bank partners.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Power Query.Database & BI: Proficiency in SQL is highly preferred; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an MIS Executive, ideally in a Fintech, NBFC, or retail auto-finance company.
