– MIS & SAP Reporting Executive Location: JNPT / Uran, Navi Mumbai Experience: 2–5 Years Department: Operations / MIS Employment: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced MIS & SAP Reporting Executive to manage daily operational data, SAP transactions, Excel-based MIS, client reporting, reconciliation and invoicing for our warehouse, logistics and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and update SAP and Excel records for GRN, stock inward/outward, dispatches, shipments and inventory.

Prepare Daily Progress

Reports (DPR), Daily Packaging Reports and other operational MIS reports. Maintain records of bulk-to-finished cargo conversion, packing, deductions, bag damages, shortages and wastages . Ensure all operational data is accurately updated and reported on a same-day basis .

Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly reports to management and clients. Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, operations and accounts teams for accurate data collection. Prepare client-wise stock statements,



reconciliation and monthly closing reports .

Assist in invoice generation, billing data preparation and verification . Identify discrepancies in stock, production, dispatch and operational records and highlight them to management. Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy, traceability and timely reporting .

Required Skills Strong Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP reporting/data entry . Good understanding of inventory, GRN, dispatch, warehouse and packaging operations . Solid analytical and reconciliation skills. Good communication and professional email-writing skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily time-sensitive reporting .

Preferred: Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, packaging or supply-chain operations .
