Position: MIS Executive Location: Indore Job Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 Days a Week Salary/Budget: Up to ₹25,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage financial data, prepare MIS reports, and support the Accounts team by maintaining accurate records and generating timely reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills and have experience in handling accounting MIS, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a hospital or healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts MIS reports. Maintain and analyze financial and operational data for management reporting. Generate reports related to billing, collections, receivables, payables, revenue, and expenses.

Reconcile financial data with ERP/Hospital Management System (HMS). Prepare dashboards and reports for management review. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Coordinate with Accounts, Billing, Pharmacy, Purchase, and Operations departments for data collection and reconciliation.

Assist in audit documentation and compliance reporting.



Maintain proper records and documentation of all MIS reports. Identify discrepancies in financial reports and coordinate for timely resolution.

Qualifications Any Graduate Experience1–3 years of experience in MIS, Accounts MIS, or Financial Reporting.

Experience in a hospital or healthcare setup will be preferred.

Experience in preparing management dashboards and presentations.
