What you will do at Acko

- Manage large, complex data on a day to day basis

- Analyze data to identify gaps, inconsistencies and ensure completion of data in the required format, work with multiple internal/external stakeholders as required

- Develop and maintain effective operational processes and procedures.

- Oversee the implementation of MIS systems to improve operational efficiency.

- Generate and analyze MIS reports to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Provide training and support to staff on operational procedures and MIS systems.





- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of operational tasks.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in operations management.

Skillset Required:

- 1-3 years of working in Health Insurance

- Good communication skills - verbal and written

- Stakeholder management skills (dealing with multiple stakeholders - internal & external, at the same time, managing expectations)

- Excel skills (would need to do data recon, using advanced functions such as vlookup, sum and create pivots, index, match, etc.)

- Bachelor's degree

- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to recent problems
