Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage MIS reporting, business performance analysis, P&L; reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking. The role will involve consolidating data from multiple sources, ensuring reporting accuracy, and generating actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare and analyze P&L; statements and business performance reports.
- Track individual, team & department performance against targets and KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, variances & performance insights.
- Develop dashboards, performance trackers & management reports.
- Monitor actual performance against targets and highlight deviations.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy & consistency.
- Generate actionable insights to support business decisions.




- Coordinate with teams for data collection, validation & reporting.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good understanding of P&L; preparation & analysis.
- Solid skills in data analysis, performance mapping & reporting.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS & data filtering.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications / Knowledge
- Knowledge of Power BI/dashboarding tools.
- Understanding of financial & operational metrics/KPIs.
- Experience in MIS, business analytics, finance reporting or performance management.
