Job Title: MIG Welder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our manufacturing/fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using MIG welding equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other specified materials.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and job specifications.
- Set up welding machines, select appropriate welding parameters, and prepare materials for welding.
- Weld components according to required dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect welded joints for cracks, porosity, undercut, distortion, and other defects.
- Perform grinding, cleaning, cutting, and other finishing activities as required.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas in good working condition.




- Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Meet production targets while maintaining consistent weld quality.
- Report material, equipment, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company procedures for housekeeping, safety, and quality control.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Good knowledge of MIG welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings is preferred.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience: 1–5 years preferred. Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹16,601.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
