Role: Miles Development Engineer

Experience Required: 3-7 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Miles Configuration & Development: Work on configuration and development of the Miles product according to business requirements.
2. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Understand requirements, create design solutions, and configure the product accordingly.
3. Testing & UAT: Prepare test cases based on project design and support User Acceptance Testing.
4. Customer Training & Documentation: Train users on product usage and create product manuals to guide them.
5. Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor application behaviour, verify, and execute batch plans and bulk operations.
6. Data Maintenance: Maintain lookup tables and other system data.
7. Incident Management:



Handle major incidents in the Contract Management System.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 36 years of relevant experience in Miles development/configuration.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document and train end-users effectively.
- Experience with batch operations and incident management is a plus.
