Required Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Identity & Access Management.
- Expertise in Authentication, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Conditional Access.
- In-depth knowledge of RBAC, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Access Reviews, and Privileged Access Governance.
- Experience with App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, Service Principals, and Managed Identities.
- Solid understanding of Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, and hybrid identity synchronization.




- Knowledge of B2B Collaboration, External Identities, and cross-tenant access scenarios.
- Proven troubleshooting experience with AADSTS errors, account lockouts, MFA challenges, provisioning issues, and identity lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in analysing Sign-in, Audit, and Diagnostic Logs using KQL/Kusto.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph for automation and administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments and mission-critical workloads.
