Job Summary The MICE Operations Executive will support and execute end-to-end MICE operations including Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. The role involves coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of domestic and international MICE projects.

Key Responsibilities

MICE Operations Support

- Assist in planning and execution of domestic & international MICE events.

- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, transfers, and venue arrangements.

- Prepare and maintain rooming lists, travel manifests, itineraries, and operational checklists.

- Support on-ground execution during events and ensure smooth guest handling.

Vendor &

- Partner Coordination

- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, event vendors, and DMCs.

- Assist in vendor confirmations, follow-ups, and service coordination.

- Ensure vendor deliverables are met as per agreed timelines.

Client &

- Internal Coordination

- Act as a coordination point between sales, accounts, and operations teams.

- Support client communication for operational requirements.

- Assist in pre-event briefings and post-event follow-ups.

Documentation &

- Reporting





- Maintain accurate event documentation, costing sheets, and operational records.

- Assist in preparation of post-event reports and feedback summaries.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

On-Ground Execution

- Support event execution including registrations, logistics, guest movements, and troubleshooting.

- Handle last-minute operational changes under guidance of the manager.

- Basic to good understanding of MICE operations & travel logistics

- Solid coordination and multitasking skills

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure during events

- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

- Willingness to travel for domestic & international events

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field

- 3–5 years of experience in MICE Operations / Travel Operations

- Exposure to corporate events, group travel, or conferences preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
