Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and enhance Oracle Retail MFCS/RMS applications.

- Participate in end-to-end MFCS implementations, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and deliver scalable technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain integrations between MFCS and external applications using REST APIs, Kafka, OIC, and Middleware/ESB.

- Develop database components and customisations using PL/SQL.

- Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for application processing and automation.

- Develop solutions using Oracle APEX where required.

- Work with JSON/XML for data exchange and system integrations.

- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide effective technical solutions.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to validate requirements and solution designs.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and technical documentation.





- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.

- Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.

- Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.

- Robust technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST

- APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB concepts , JSON/XML and OIC ( Oracle Integration cloud)

- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.
