Job Title: Lead Compliance

Location: Ahmedabad, Gift City

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, circulars, guidelines, and directions issued by the International Financial Services Centres Authority and other applicable laws.
- Act as the designated Principal Officer for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), Know Your Customer (KYC), sanctions compliance, and reporting obligations.
- Develop, implement, and periodically review compliance policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks in line with regulatory requirements, IFSCA, SEZ, India INX.




- Monitor business activities through compliance and surveillance systems to identify regulatory breaches, suspicious transactions, market abuse, and other compliance risks.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews, risk assessments, and testing to ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements. IFSCA, SEZ, India INX.
- Prepare and submit all regulatory filings, compliance reports, certifications, and responses to regulatory inspections within prescribed timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with IFSCA and other regulatory authorities for inspections, audits, regulatory correspondence, and compliance matters.
- Provide regular compliance updates to senior management and the Board, highlighting key regulatory developments, compliance risks, and corrective actions.
- Organize compliance and AML/CFT training programs to promote regulatory awareness and strengthen the organization's compliance culture.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of compliance monitoring, surveillance activities, regulatory communications, investigations, and remedial actions, ensuring timely resolution of all compliance observations.

Who you are:

- A professional qualification or post-graduate degree or post graduate diploma (minimum one year in duration) in finance, law, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market, banking, insurance or actuarial science from a university Well versed with IRDAI, NBFC, CKYC and KRA Compliance.
- CFA or a FRM from Global Association of Risk Professionals or any other relevant educational
