Role Description The Meta Ads Manager will oversee end-to-end campaign management on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for a variety of clients. This full-time, on-site role in Sholinganallur involves planning media strategies, setting up campaigns, creating and testing ad sets, and managing budgets to achieve performance targets. The responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing campaigns daily, analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

The Meta Ads

Manager will collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copy, creatives, and landing pages align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. The role also involves staying current with Meta Ads best practices, platform updates,



and emerging digital marketing trends to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategy.
- Proficiency in performance analysis using Meta reporting tools and other analytics platforms, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in digital marketing strategy, including funnel planning, remarketing, A/B testing, and conversion-focused tactics.
- Ability to collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad copy, visuals, and landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
- Solid understanding of social media advertising principles, including pixel implementation, events tracking, and basic knowledge of attribution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and client requirements simultaneously.
- Clear and professional communication skills for client interactions, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior agency experience or hands-on experience managing Meta ad budgets at scale is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sholinganallur and contribute actively to a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
