# Brand Merchandiser – Garments & Bags Experience: 2–3 Years Industry: Garments & Bags / Apparel Manufacturing Job Type: Full-Time ### Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Brand Merchandiser with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the garments and bags industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing orders from product development and sampling to production and final delivery, while ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are maintained. ### Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end merchandising for garments and bags.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate product development accordingly.

Coordinate with customers, designers, vendors, purchase, production, and quality teams.

Develop and follow up on samples, prototypes, and approvals.

Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, labels, packaging, and other materials.

Prepare and follow up on costing, quotations, purchase orders, and production details.

Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing units for timely material availability.

Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed within deadlines.

Follow up on printing, embroidery, stitching, cutting, finishing, and packing requirements.

Ensure products meet approved samples, specifications, measurements,



and quality standards.

Identify and resolve production, quality, and delivery issues.

Maintain order status, sample approvals, production schedules, and delivery records.

Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of completed orders.

Maintain valuable relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Handle multiple orders simultaneously and ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to dispatch. ### Required Skills 2–3 years of experience in garments and bags merchandising. Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and bag production processes.

Knowledge of fabric, trims, accessories, stitching, printing, embroidery, and finishing.

Good understanding of costing and production planning.

Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. ### Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in garments manufacturing, bags manufacturing, apparel merchandising, customized garments, promotional products, or corporate gifting will be preferred.
