We are looking for a Merchandiser – Stock & Replenishment to manage inventory availability, allocation and replenishment across Stores, Website, Marketplaces and Exhibitions.

Responsibilities

- Monitor SKU-wise sales, stock levels, stock cover and availability across channels
- Plan and execute stock allocation, replenishment and inter-store/inter-channel transfers
- Identify stock-outs, excess, slow-moving and non-moving inventory and take corrective action
- Prepare SKU-wise replenishment plans based on sales trends, demand, seasonality and business requirements
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Purchase, Stores, Website and Marketplace teams for timely stock movement
- Track incoming stock, dispatches and replenishment until closure
- Plan inventory requirements for exhibitions and manage stock movement before and after events
- Maintain inventory trackers and provide regular stock and replenishment reports to management

Required Skills

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills
- Experience managing multi-store and e-commerce/marketplace inventory
- Robust understanding of stock allocation, replenishment and inventory movement
- Excellent coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in merchandising, inventory planning, replenishment or retail operations
- Retail/Fashion/Apparel experience preferred
