Designation: MEP Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in the construction industry (Preferably High-Rise Project)

Qualifications: Graduate in Bachelor of Engineering (BE / BTech)

Role Description:

- The MEP Project Engineer will manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for projects from design to execution.
- This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves reviewing and interpreting MEP drawings, preparing technical documents, and ensuring alignment with architectural plans, building codes, and sustainability goals.
- The MEP Project Engineer will oversee contractors and vendors, monitor construction progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues to maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- The role includes collaborating with internal design and project management teams, supporting value engineering initiatives, and providing regular updates on MEP-related risks, costs, and timelines.

Qualifications:

- Strong Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering skills, with experience integrating building services in residential projects.
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles related to HVAC, ventilation, and building services design and implementation.




- Proficiency in Electrical Engineering, including power distribution, lighting, safety systems, and compliance with relevant standards and codes.
- Applied knowledge of Plumbing systems, such as water supply, drainage, and sanitary installations, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.
- Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and oversight of contractors and consultants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with construction drawings, specifications, and industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools).
- Working knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and green building or sustainable design practices.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in real estate or building projects in an on-site engineering capacity in Hyderabad or similar markets is preferred.
