Position Overview:

As a MEP Engineer for Industrial Construction Project Management, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale industrial construction projects. You will be responsible for mechanical, electrical and plumbing, HVAC system in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- To do planning and execution on Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing side for MEP project closely
- Monitoring the construction activities, Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Attending weekly meeting at site and other Architects, Engineer, Consultants & Contractors- Maintained weekly status report.
- Coordinate and manage project resources
- Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Discussion with Architects, Engineer, Consultants and Contractors regarding MEP services drawings.




- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Monitor compliance with applicable safety regulations and promote a safe working environment in office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation,
- Prepare regular progress reports, including project status updates, Generate project closeout documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranty information.
- Complete the handing over process of project with all necessary documentation and closure of snag points to the satisfaction of client.
- Any other work required in line with project requirement as per instruction from your superior

Qualification -

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing) construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MEP project engineering or construction management preferably within industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of MS project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Familiarity with safety and quality standards relevant to industrial construction projects.
