Position Summary:

YUJ PMC is seeking qualified Civil MEP Engineers to manage, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) execution across commercial, residential, and site-infrastructure projects in Trichy and Chennai. Candidates will be placed in appropriate bands (Graduate Trainee to Senior MEP Coordinator) based on experience and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Junior / Entry-Level (03 Years):

- Assist site teams in daily MEP installation tracking, site measurements, and layout verification.
- Ensure site execution adheres to approved revision drawings and coordination markups.
- Log snag/punch lists during walkthroughs and monitor rectification progress.
- Collect site photo logs, daily progress reports, and preliminary vendor delivery notes.

Mid-Level (3 to 7 Years):

- Supervise site execution for MEP services (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
- Coordinate directly between civil teams, MEP subcontractors,



and design leads to prevent service clashes.
- Conduct quantity extractions (BOQ), measurements, and initial validation of contractor bills.
- Oversee site quality checks, testing, and pre-commissioning activities.

Senior Level (8+ Years):

- Oversee full site operations, baseline project scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Act as the direct point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project managers.
- Certify contractor measurement sheets, bill valuations, and budget variations.
- Lead joint inspections, testing & commissioning, snag closures, and handover sign-offs.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of MEP installation practices, civil site integration, and drawing registers.
- Software: Working proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP or MS Excel is a plus.
- Location Flexibility: Open to on-site project deployment in Trichy or Chennai.
